Jessica and one other. The other "Ran" away after I advised o wanted to sell "as is", not enough commission I'm guessing. When Jessica contacted me and saw the home, I have to admit I thought she was going to run as well. However, I was totally wrong!! I had contract with them and they breached sections of the…read morecontract! first, they terminated the contract without written notification 30 days prior to the termination ( like they stated in contract). they gave us two weeks notice through a very unofficial email. plus, they just handed out my personal information and property information (such as current tenant's deposits and contract) to other company they think I should hire WITHOUT my consent. (which is also CLEAR violation of contract) How unethical and unprofessional is that?! If you want your property to handled by professional and ethical business person or company, find somewhere else! Find at least who honor the contract that you signed. I would give negative point if I can.

Very convenient,safe location, very close to everything, which include an Airport and Costco.
