Here's a small, 9 unit motel located just a few minutes walk from Milton City Centre. There's nothing spectacular about this motel, everything is above average; the bed, bathroom, linens, all are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There's even a small pool out back if you're looking to cool down a bit, however it definitely can not accommodate lap swim of any kind. What makes this motel stand out is that each room has it's own private balcony where you can chill out with friends and some drinks. And the view is something else. While you can't see the beaches from here (maybe just barely over the horizon), it's wide open fields with nothing but trees and greenery, which beats out 99.5% of the views you get at your standard motel or hotel. The owners here are very nice and friendly. Each room has a tv with built in dvd player, a toaster, water kettle with tea cups and assorted teas, free WiFi in your room (don't expect to steam video however), and a mini fridge. Pretty standard, but if you're looking to spend the weekend in Milton, I would definitely recommend this place. read more
