Luckily I never met her in person. I was selling my Gr Cherokee Overland and she kept accusing me of outright lying about the Jeep and the mileage (even though she never met me nor did she even look at the odometer but said there was no way a Jeep would have such little mileage on it. She called me a liar without any backup OR asking me these questions and assumed the worst. The worst part is that she seemed to have backing from their "management team" which is the worst thing. Heres a thought --- Try to believe people for a change and not assume everyone is a liar. She seemed to lack any intelligence whatsoever and never apologized for her errors in judgement and absolute rudeness. I never write negative reviews but this one I had to. I thought she was the worst salesman I ever encountered and the negative assumptions and ignorance got the best of her --- because not only did they loose the business, they soiled their reputation. People should be very cautious when dealing with this dealership and if you have the unfortunate experience of getting Taryn, RUN FOR THE HILLS !!!!! The service department is often very, very busy but the staff is always calm and makes sure to acknowledge everyone waiting which is very helpful when you wonder if they will have time to complete the service you need to have done. The service here is really top notch. My oil changes are always completed quickly, and I have never had an issue with anything they have done. The search for a 2014 Mazda 6 with the GS (Touring) trim proved rather hard to come by. I mean this model earned Popular Mechanic's car of the year in 2014 for its class (sedan) beating out the Accord and Camry. One of features that sold me was the fuel economy on the SkyActiv engines that start from 2014 on. Looking for the pricing and availability of this car had me doing some tracking and searching around still even though I knew pretty much exactly what I was looking for. While I had shopped around, test driven and gone to see this car in person I was most happy with the one for sale at LooLoo's. The pricing was competitive and the condition of the vehicle was very good not to mention the extras the previous owner had added to this model made sense. Besides having the car I was interested in the person I was dealing with, Nathan, was very friendly, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. The last thing you want to have to do when shopping for a used car is having to deal with unknowledgeable and unfriendly service. Nathan was professional, easy to talk to and he knew his stuff. He was willing to work with me to get this deal. The car needed a couple things and Nathan took care of everything including every feature and thing included with the car worked from the battery, brakes, stereo, to the battery in the key fob. When vehicle sales person insists on only providing verbal information and avoids written communication, big red flags go up! What is he or she hiding! Thankfully I declined to share my personal cell phone number while noting to Stephan that my phone number would be provided once I determined if I was seriously interested, a determination which would subsequently be made once I had a response to my short list of inquires sent via email. Stephan then ghosted me! To further ad to the insult of being ghosted, I am now receiving mass emails from the company regarding any vehicle they decide to promote - I did not sign up for the emails & I am only interested in one particular vehicle as well my initial request to not be on their mailing list was completely disrespected! Ontario has laws regarding the collection of phone numbers and email addy's for the sole purpose of spamming...... This company would appear to have no reservations in violating provincial privacy laws!
