Came here on a Friday morning when it first opened. I was the first one there, which turned out to be good timing considering there were three more people waiting behind me soon after. Fast, efficient, and affordable. There are also heaters in the waiting area, so even a wuss like me was warm. I'll definitely be back. BTW, if the directions tell you to turn on Mihalakis Drive, don't. If you're coming from Montague, go through the light on Mihalakis Drive and turn into that immediate first driveway. It's the last business in the first building on the left. The first business on the left is also a smog place, so it's easy to get confused. read more

Horrible service!!! The staff were smoking The parking lot, swearing at customers, talking bad about their boss next to other customers waiting. I came for a simple smog check. They took my keys and gave me no estimate of time. 25 minutes later, they still had not even move my car. When I asked for my keys back to leave, they blamed a tow truck that had dropped off a vehicle five minutes ago as taking up too much of their time. Terribly unprofessional. Been going to other Smog places in Fremont & Milpitas - but their prices have been getting higher and higher. So - after reading some reviews - decided to give this place a try. Checked their website for coupons and there was a $15 off with the remark: Mention this coupon to get discount. Got there around 11:20am on a Tuesday and was taken right away (no other customers at the time). I mentioned the "$15 coupon" on the website which Thao gladly agreed to discount (no hassle at all). He took my paperwork and keys and went to work. Around 10 - 15 minutes later it was all done with final charge of $45 (quite reasonable from what I see at places now). Honest and great service. The technician did a visual inspection before testing my car (20 year old with 283k miles). He pointed out where the cracked hose was and why I need to fix it. I fixed the problem and the car passed the test. The total time was an hour with a trip to the auto parts store and two trips to the smog place. Not bad at all. I am so glad to have found this place on such short notice.
