A $5 day pass here is a steal of a deal! Check in is easy at the front desk and they give you a little blue ticket. Once you collect 5, your next visit is free. They have several different facilities and rooms available and also men's and women's saunas. The pool is currently closed, but all of the fitness areas are open for use. If you're ok with an old school rusty style gym, they've got what you're looking for. They have tons of dumbbells ranging from 2-3 lbs up to at least 80lbs. They have several squat racks, plate loaded machines, and separate rooms for cardio equipment. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I do not recommend visiting this place and I myself will never visit or return there again. Me, my boyfriend and two other friends attended there for a birthday party. Not only did it smell bad. After we were done and ready to leave. My boyfriends valuables were missing, someone stole them. We checked the front desk. nothing. we search everywhere, we ask everyone. nothing. My friends bag was also opened in girls locker room. And only after the fact that our things were stollen they tell us we could buy a lockable locker. This place is no good, no help. nothing. If things are so easily able to go missing and you are to not do anything about it then people should be fired. If we were notified that we could buy a locker we would have. but yet again they only let us know after the fact our things were stollen. One of the parents in our group also stated that her things were also stollen from here Aswell. I do not recommend if you want to keep your nice things. weather its shoes, socks, a bracelet etc. It all will be stollen. read more
