Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2025 adventures continued with dinner at The Millside Bar on Thursday, 6/12/25. Meal #5 of our eating trip. Millside had a $30 dinner menu. And although it's a sister bar of The Ridge where we went to lunch, the decor was no comparison. This place was semi-dark and semi-loud. We sat ourselves down at a high top table near the bar. It took a little while before the bar tender came around to give us menus. But didn't give us the Restaurant Week menu, nor a drink menu. Took awhile for her to come back for us to ask for the additional menus. $30 dinner: Appetizers: Millside Poppers x 2 and Mozzarella cheese stick Entrees: NY Steak x 2, Blackened Salmon Dessert: butter toffee cake with vanilla ice cream The appetizers at Millside were very standard bar food appetizers. Nothing too fancy, nothing super tasty. They were just "okay." The NY steaks were good and cooked well. But unfortunately didn't have any sort of "char" even though they had that "seared on a grill" look on them. Came with a pretty tasty mashed potatoes but under seasoned asparagus. The red wine Demi glaze however had so much delicious flavor and the plate should have come with way more of it than it came with. The blackened salmon had a nice "crust" on it with the blackening spices used on it. The salmon was cooked very nicely. The tartar sauce for the salmon tasted very "out of a jar" and not "freshly made in house." It was "passable." Same sides as the steak. The butter toffee cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert was good. But not very moist. Fairly dense and semi-dry. Definitely needed the vanilla ice cream to off-set the dryness of it all. Service was slow and the bar tender forgot a lot of stuff and had to come back multiple times. Our water glasses sat empty for long periods of time. So did my soft drink cup. Definitely a let down after having been to the sister bar for lunch.

Millside Tavern is a 24/7 gaming, bar, American food, and breakfast type of place located in North Las Vegas. They offer around 24 beers on tap, everyday happy hours, and taco Tuesday. Plenty of parking is near the door. We tried the chicken potstickers. They were steamed and fried on one side like they should be. They were on the bland side and the sauce that came with them was unappetizing. (very odd tasting) I tried the fish and chips. The fish filet was fried very nice and had a shattering crisp exterior and the meat inside was moist and mild. My fries were Luke warm. But the slaw WAS UNPALATABLE. Something like that should never be on a plate in any restaurant anywhere. My husband tried the bacon wrapped meatloaf. He said the meatloaf was OK but had a weird sauce on it. This plate also came with a generous amount of tater tots and unseasoned broccoli. A manager or owner should taste anything with a sauce that comes out of that kitchen. Undecided if this business earns the three stars because the sauces bring it down a bunch. Drink lots of beer here and order food without any type of sauce on it. 2.5 stars

We've been coming here for years - there's special events and sports-related prizes/giveaways on game nights. We love all the bartenders, but especially Sheri!

Very disappointing food. First time and last time going here. The food is old and maybe they need to change the cooking oil. It smells terrible and quite frankly a waste of money. I was hoping the food was ok despite the woman who took our order was less than delightful but that should have been the first sign to look elsewhere. This food is going in the trash. I wanna be mad at ya'll but I'm mad at myself. Take the $28 I wasted and please figure out how to serve food that is edible. Definitely will not return here.

Not a happy customer at the moment. I hate to give a place that we frequent so often, such a bad review. Decided to call and order breakfast to go. Got two orders of biscuits & gravy, an omelet, and a side of bacon. Boyfriend went to pick it up, paid, waited. So far, no problem. Cook comes out and yells "who has a to-go order" then proceeds to tell him the next time he wants breakfast that he'd be happy to pay for us to go IHOP. What the heck is that about?! I guess our $50 for breakfast wasn't good enough for them?! Maybe I should take him up on that offer since we won't be coming back. Too many other restaurants and bars in the area now that would be glad to take our $50.

I've gone many more times than the pictures I have taken but I assure you, you won't be disappointed. This bar is far north in Nothing Town but they are building up the area and getting many more businesses. Inside is plenty of space with a bar center floor and tables all around. No assigned seating, just go in and find a spot. They have a couple pool tables and a juke box. This specific time I ordered nachos and cheese curds. So delicious! Chicken was extra to add but it was worth it! Will always come back to this place.

We also ended up sitting at the bar, which may have been part of the issue. Unfortunately, our experience with the bartender wasn't great. She stood in front of us without greeting us or offering menus, and when we asked for menus, the interaction still felt pretty unwelcoming. We ultimately decided not to order. The draft beer selection was also a bit underwhelming -- I was hoping to see at least a few local options on tap. On a positive note, the table server nearby seemed much more personable, so it might just depend on where you sit. We ended up going across the street to 76 and were immediately welcomed and given menus. I'm willing to give Scoundrels another try because the food options looked solid. Just hoping for a warmer first impression next time.

This precise, micro-engineered application ensured absolutely no single taste bud was left untouched by hoppy ecstasy. With the grace and focused intensity of a Champion Chess Grandmaster, Vida maneuvered our order landing perfectly for food eating efficiency. It wasn't just placed; it was methodically interlocked among the other customer orders for structural safety, using advanced spatial techniques taught to her by a former Tetris World Champion known only as "The Block Whisperer." The moment of saying goodbye, I could see, was gut-wrenching for Vida. She delicately dabbed her eyes with one of her seemingly unlimited, magically-replenishing silk handkerchiefs, a generous part of the Servehzah benefits package. As I whisked away my brew at light speed and cradled it in my loving arms, Vida, with genuine tears of starlight welling in her eyes, joined hands with the other Cicerones. Together, they whispered the ancient, solemn blessing: "Jábba sô kalîk qonay." I don't speak fluent Bottle Shop myself, but I am told the rough translation is, "May these drafts bring stability and success to their mouth and may their joy ripple out to stabilize the very world." Wow. I am getting a little choked up by the sheer cosmic dedication myself. Thank you, Servehzah, and most importantly, Vida for the legendary service.

Unlike other places that only offer red salsa. It's a great place to go enjoy some tap house beers, and just chill for awhile.
