The tear-out and reconstruction of our shower was a nightmare from the very beginning, starting before Thanksgiving. The first set of glass shower doors we bought from a local glass company were damaged and we were expected to wait another two weeks for a second set. After the first two days the glass shower door "fell" out of its hinges. After dealing with Skip and the professional folks at Thurman Fondren, we are only sorry we didn't go to them first. Great Job !!! Very satisfied. Thanks Again, Kelly & Jo Ellen Skrobarcek

If I could write a review with a "Zero", Hardesty Builders would deserve that rating…read more I bought a home in a subdivision that was developed by the Hardesty's and they advertised the properties with pier access. None of the legal paperwork required was completed and registered with the County Clerk so there is no record other than documents still held in files by original homeowners.. The additional lot that had been separated out of the original tract of land and had waterfront access was sold complete with the permit for the pier. Consequently the advertised pier access went with that sale. The only suggestion I have for people using these builders is to please go over your legal rights very carefully because they appear to me to have no respect for an honorable deal and do not want to stand by their mistakes and they have no intention to make them right.
