I phoned Out On A Limb, whose outgoing greeting clearly stated that phone calls would be returned only with a message, so I left one. Desiree called me back within a couple of hours and made an appointment to meet for an estimate for the work needed. A few days later, she and her husband Dallas came over and provided an estimate for trimming back the branches and an old stump. The following week, they made an appointment to come over and do the work. The work agreed-upon was completed in a timely manner. Desiree, Dallas, and Neiko took necessary precautions to ensure the safety of drivers nearby, and our property. I admit I was a kind of nervous about the one branch hanging over our house. I thought "how in the world are they going to cut that down without some of it hitting our roof?" I shouldn't have worried. Neiko (bucket truck operator) cut the offending branch back in smaller chunks while Desiree and Dallas ground up the downed limbs in their woodchipper. Their woodchips go our local organic waste facility for processing into compost, which is very helpful. After the work was done, they honored the price quoted, even gave me a cash discount, yay! and made sure our yard was picked up and tidy. My neighbor had Little C tree service cut down some of her tree in November 2022. They requested to…read moreuse my back yard to do some of trees. They promised that "we would never know they were even there". As they were doing the trees the first snow of the year started, so by the time they finished 2 days later the ground had multiple inches of snow on it. Come spring ( first week of May) the snow was almost gone and there were multiple tree branches imbedded into our grass, limbs allover the yard and saw dust everywhere. We contacted Little C's and they sent out an employee to look at the area. He came out and said that "it was only sawdust" and that they would have to wait till the ice was completely gone. Well they NEVER bothered to come back out to clean up their mess in MY yard. I had used them in the past but will never use them again. They didn't do what they promised to do as far as clean up my yard. Very disappointed.

They left me plenty of firewood like I asked, to burn in my fireplace. They had to access my neighbor's yard in order to get some fallen lens that basically exploded when they hit the ground. They cleaned up my neighbor's yard perfectly.
