Negatives: 1) He makes promises he does not/cannot keep. We waited four months for some designs he promised. We never got them. We found another company. 2) He is loosy-goosy about billing and keeping you informed. So sometimes you get an invoice that is enormous. And it is generally not itemized. 3) While his designs are good, sometimes the plants are tiny and don't seem like they are worth the price. 4) His follow-up is ABYSMAL. 5) I recommended Benjamin to one friend and knew he worked with another. All three of us have looked elsewhere. Don't put yourself through the hassle. Get another vendor.
