DS installed our system and We have a maintenance contract with DS (now First Rate) and they responded that evening. They sent out Benjamin who is phenomenal! As soon as he touched it, it started working. He couldn't trouble shoot it very well because it was working, but spent a half hour trying to figure it out. That evening, nothing seemed to point to an issue, so he left. 10 minutes after he left, it started blowing hot again. We called the next morning, again great service response and they promised Benjamin would return in the afternoon. He did! And this time he was able to isolate the issue and fix it. Benjamin was educational, patient, professional. Terry and Andrea are super on the responsiveness and scheduling - thank you to the team! Way to go DS, you deserve the new "First Rate" name!
