I called late at night from California, forgetting about the time difference, and Barbara was incredibly polite and patient with me, even though it was a late-night call. On top of that, I had a rush service request since my team and I had flown down to personally serve someone, but we couldn't get her to answer the door. Barbara explained the tactics they used to coax the person outside and serve her. Honestly, I didn't ask for all the details, but it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing--timing and approach spot on. They managed to serve the papers within 24 hours of receiving the paperwork, and their fees were very reasonable. I'm beyond grateful for their professionalism and efficiency.
