I am new to Wilmington, NC and I am a very well educated woman. I applied for 2…read morepositions at the Wilson Center and did not get either position. This not a sour grapes review yet it is an awareness review about their expectations of Customer Service. They need to hire me so I can teach the Managers about Customer Service which includes Civility and Mutual Respect. With each interview there was a call back commitment which builds trust. Neither Kathleen from a phone interview nor Hope C. and Tammy, HR Director, from a 2 hour in person interview kept their word. I followed up as is a sheer base level expectation and no regard for the process from the above players at the Wilson Center...Perhaps they thought this was a Play as it surely was an Act... This week which is circa 3 months from those interviews I received an email that I was not selected ... PERHAPS THEY MISSED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE NOT SELECTED BY ME ... I could not work or become involved with any organization who expects the best and provides the least coupled with hypocrisy. Nancy DeSandolo

Seems only get to talk to nurse not dr. They have a merry go round phone system. Still waiting for return call. Very unhappy with Duke. Won't go there again. Drs at Duke Med are very capable, but have extremely too many patients and don't see them often enough to even know them-I'll never go back there -Just my opinion -We went there to have the best care ,but we never got it-
