What REALLY got me was they mentioned since I hadn't been there in 3 months I would have to start with a whole re-evaluation, which also to me sounds like they would charge me the initial visit all over again which is expensive. If you do not keep buying their bundles and spending money with them probably weekly or maybe every other, it seems like you will not be accommodated, whatsoever - and they blame it on safety as to excuse their poor customer service. Go establish somewhere else, this office will not help you when you really need it. They wrote and asked for me to call them if I'd like to discuss this further - I'm not going to call you, you can call me.
