I had been suffering from daily headaches that left my face feeling numb and my neck extremely stiff for two years. My primary doctor found nothing wrong. I sought relief with massages and spent hundreds of dollars trying to get relief. I had to try something new. However, I have extreme anxiety when it comes to meeting with doctors and was terrified to set up a consultation here. Clearly I did and it changed the quality of life. Within one visit my headaches became less frequent. I've had about 15 adjustments now and have been headache free. Setting up the appointment was easy and the next step was to fill out an online questionnaire about my health history and pain. This was the most in-depth review I have seen from a healthcare provider and it was clear that the information was reviewed and taken in to consideration by Dr. Stevens as he laid out my treatment. I was pleased to discover that visual and physical tools are used to figure out what's going on. The X-ray (in office) showed my spine was crooked and my neck was messed up. Finally, a reason I felt awful all of the time! Before the adjustment I needed reassurance that Dr. Stevens wasn't going to twist my body or break my neck. I was assured by him and his staff who were patient and gentle with my anxiety. The adjustment takes place on a table that seems to eliminate the need to do manual manipulation (at least for me). It's fast, too! The table takes longer to lower than it does to be adjusted. It's great! I have also never waited more than 3 minutes to be seen. This place is efficient and I frequently started my lunch breaks with an adjustment with plenty of time to spare. Dr. Stevens is patient and really aims to make sure his patient understands why there's an issue and how it'll be treated. The ladies on his staff are as equally fantastic. My emails are returned immediately and appointments are always accommodated. They even accommodated me when I was going to arrive after they closed because I was coming from out of town. As a patient I feel valued and cared for. Obviously I can't say enough about Life Chiropractic. If you made it this far into my review and you have been suffering with pain, I strongly encourage you to give this place a go.

I can't sleep or function normally and they want to schedule me 2 weeks out the first time I called. Super willing to sell you these treatment bundles that cost a lot of money upfront. What REALLY got me was they mentioned since I hadn't been there in 3 months I would have to start with a whole re-evaluation, which also to me sounds like they would charge me the initial visit all over again which is expensive. If you do not keep buying their bundles and spending money with them probably weekly or maybe every other, it seems like you will not be accommodated, whatsoever - and they blame it on safety as to excuse their poor customer service. Go establish somewhere else, this office will not help you when you really need it. They wrote and asked for me to call them if I'd like to discuss this further - I'm not going to call you, you can call me. Dr. Wilson made me feel at ease and incredibly comfortable as we talked about my needs and he assessed my condition. The adjustments were effective and I felt SO much better when we were done. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I have 2 more visits within the next several days to hopefully address my shoulder issues before we move to Seattle next week. This appointment will be over an hour and all you will get is a sales pitch. I have mild back pain and chiropractors have always taken my insurance... The chiro then comes and says they can bill my insurance for some things, but a lot of things will be out of pocket. He proceeds to try to get me to commit to a 6,800 "treatment plan" out of pocket. In which I need daily sessions for weeks, need to buy his foam roller and stretching tool, etc. I ask, will I be able to get itemized bills for these services? He explains they don't have enough office staff to give me an itemized bill, but that's how much it will cost. Very strange. I was able to find a normal chiropractor who takes my insurance instead in town.
