I was in despair trying to help her and myself handle all these overwhelming behaviors when I accidentally discovered Mark Casagrande. To say that he has helped me and my child Would be an understatement. Mark is kind, supportive. brilliant ,proactive, direct ,honest and refreshing with a terrific sense of humor. He grounds me when I'm at a loss as to what to do or how to handle and help my deeply troubled child. Even after it became apparent that she needed a higher level of psychiatric care as a her illness progressed, I have chosen to stay with Mark to get wisdom and solace as we continue on towards a better life for my daughter. Mark is like an old , welcoming friend now. If I could give him 25 stars I would do it! If you are troubled and struggling with issues, I implore you to check Mark and his entire staff of very qualified professional therapists. It will put a big smile on your face put your mind at ease and you will start to feel a whole lot better Honest.

It seems friendly and convenient but I found that I got a lot lip service and nothing to back it up. I'm not sure if there is abuse here but I suspect neglect or at the very least the clients are experiencing sheer boredum and possibly bullying. The staff is definitely rough with the clients. I've witnessed several questionable interactions. The staff is nice as long you don't ask them for anything beyond what they think they should do and they seem secretive about what goes on beyond the line of the front desk. Please move on to a different facility .

This ketamine infusion therapy and this treatment team literally saved my life. My PMDD and…read morelife-threatening mental health struggles resulted in multiple inpatient hospitalizations with little hope of improvement with any other treatment or medication. I did not believe that anything could ease the crushing weight of depression I was under, but IV ketamine infusions under Dr. Raziano's care has totally given me my life back in ways I can't even describe. I'm so glad I didn't give up before I found them! I would wholeheartedly urge any loved one struggling with depression, PTSD, and/or suicidality to visit Therapeutic Infusions. The experience is: Comfortable. The clinic feels more like a home than a doctor's office, and Dr. Raziano and Jeanne-Marie immediately put you at ease. Safe. Dr. Raziano is an experienced emergency department physician, and he is the one you want monitoring your health and safety during treatment. You can relax and feel safe knowing your well-being is in his capable hands. One time, my O2 levels dropped during an infusion and I awoke to an oxygen cannula on my face. During my session he monitored my vitals, immediately caught the danger I could have been in, and then treated and kept me safe all while I had a cozy therapeutic infusion and was none the wiser until after. Caring & Accommodating. Jeanne-Marie and Dr. Joe genuinely care about the patients they are treating. I have had to contact them while in crisis, and they responded immediately and compassionately. I have needed to come in quickly for an emergency booster, and they have always made time to get me on the schedule (I have a feeling they have kept the clinic open late to fit me in more than once!) I feel so safe trusting that they know this treatment is life or death for many patients like me, and they treat it with the importance it deserves. I can't begin to describe my gratitude for the Razianos and Therapeutic Infusions. Truly, they saved my life. I wish anyone struggling has the opportunity to give them a visit.
