For my two times at the Sanitas facility, I have to say that I am very pleased. Most of the people were extremely helpful, and accommodated the fact that I speak a limited amount of Spanish at high speeds. Only once did I get the "I will simply talk louder to get you to understand" treatment, and that was over soon enough.
