They were easy to talk with, very intuitive of our needs as a caregiver, and very compassionate to my Father-in-law. We had Lucie and Amber that came out to care for him. The whole nurse team treated me incredibly kind throughout my stay, especially when I told them I was nervous about some testing they were about to do. They kept me calm and treated me with the utmost care. Every person that I interacted with did honestly - the anesthesiologist, surgeon team, front desk, cafeteria workers (who went above and beyond to get me something to eat when the ordering system was down!) and even the person transporting me to the pre-op room! They were also incredibly knowledgeable and cared about me personally. I was in a room in the new tower apparently, which was very spacious and comfortable. There was a couch that converted into a makeshift bed for a visitor as well. I believe visiting hours are 9am-9pm. Coming back in for a post-op appointment was great as well. The front desk was helpful and pointed me in the right direction, and the medical assistant and doctor were professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend UF Health North to anyone! Great experience.

I'm not saying that doesn't happen, but I am saying that not everyone who comes in for treatment is seeking drugs. What I appreciate most about the team here is that they always treat me with kindness, respect, and compassion--no matter how many times I've had to come in for care.

I have cameras in my home and each day Kaitlin stated she had arrived but would finally walk into my house 5-7 minutes later, walk my dog for 5 minutes, and come back in for another 5 before leaving. When I emailed Doug (the owner) to bring this to his attention he completely disregarded my concerns and made up every excuse in the book as to why Kaitlin didn't complete the full 30 minutes that I paid for. I would absolutely never use Bad to the Bone for services again and caution those who do to check your cameras and hold your sitters accountable.

I called first, and the person who answered was calm, kind, and compassionate, and told me to bring her right in. When I arrived, the doctor was in surgery, but the staff immediately made Greta comfortable and took care of her while we waited. As soon as the doctor was available, he came to see her. He was direct and honest: there were things they could do, but she would not get better. Her nervous system was failing. He didn't pressure me. He asked what I wanted for her. I didn't want Greta to be in pain anymore. He explained the euthanasia process clearly and respectfully. They set up an IV and moved us to a small, quiet room with low lighting and a couch, then gave us privacy so I could say goodbye. When I was ready, the doctor came back and gently gave her the injection. Afterward, they explained my options and let me decide what to do with her body. I chose to take her home. They wrapped her in a blanket, placed her carefully in a bag, and carried her out to my car for me. We didn't even talk about cost until the very end - and I was honestly surprised. The total was $230, which felt more than reasonable given the care, time, and compassion involved. Especially since this all occured in the middle of the night. This was a very difficult moment. VEG handled it with dignity, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team, even though I don't remember names. They did right by my dog - and by me.

I had to call down to cafeteria and speak to staff , so they could bring up missing items. The next week was lunch and I was given chicken teriyaki, rice and carrots .
