They obviously take care of the place. The waitstaff is friendly and will take care of yo too. If you speak English (like me) and not German or Italian, one of the younger waitresses can translate for you. Bad Bramstedt is a few kilometers off the A7, but Sorelle Calabrese is totally worth it!

Didn't eat here but food looked like your standard fare. Were I hungry I wouldn't of hesitated to order something here. Staff were very polite and attentive so bonus points for that. Decor inside was a tad behind the curve but pleasant enough. Road out front is fairly busy so it tends to be a bit loud from traffic. This on a quiet Sunday. Don't want to know what it's like when it's really busy.
