I have been bringing my children here for 18 years. Even though we moved long ago, I will not switch providers. I came to them because I had an awful experience at another office. I switched here and never looked back. I have highly recommended them to so many others through the years as well. My children saw Lisa for 14+ years before she moved up. I had a positive experience with every single Doctor accept for one. I asked to never be scheduled with him again and we weren't. They have several offices, the wait isn't hardly ever long. From the quality care, support, after hours and weekend sick visits, there's no where else that I've experienced this type of care. I will also be there biggest fan. I do not recommend this business, I recently accompanied my grandchild and daughter to a wellness check up, with the QFS being implemented I have a concern as to why the light was turned out and an image was taken of my granddaughters eyes, also this pediatrician office is still giving COV ID 19 inoculations. We all know that the data for adverse affects were going to be suppressed for 75 years and there over 200,000,000 adverse reactions that you can find on Brave browser for this inoculation; furthermore, it was never approved by the FDA. the only thing that got approved was the ability to present the inoculation for approval. So, they are in violation of all 10 statutes of the Nuremberg code as well as crimes against humanity. Natural immunity discussion was avoided. read more

I will start off by saying how scary it is a few of these doctors are still practicing medicine on children. I found out at 20 years old that I was born with ONE lung. Yes, you read that correctly. Absolutely no thanks to Dr.Lockhart, Sadinsky, and Gruskay who I had seen from age newborn until about 18 years old. Yes, all three of these incompetent doctors had missed the fact that I only had one lung my entire life. They all should all go back to MD school and re-learn what bilateral lung sounds sound like. Mine are 100% absent on one side. From frequent respiratory infections, trouble breathing with sickness / athletic activity; they diagnosed me with asthma and threw an inhaler at me with nebulizer treatments. No X-ray or pulmonary consult ever. I am currently 26, and searching for a pediatric doctor for my soon to be child. It will be far, far away from these doctors that's for sure!! read more

Dr. Kipperman is a very condescending, insulting and arrogant man who had no knowledge of the symptoms and diagnoses I was describing to him and so dismissed them as nothing. This man became so enraged when I refused the vaccinate my sons for the flu and HPV that he yelled out "SO YOU LIKE CANCER?", in front of my sons, when I refused to debate or discuss these OPTIONAL vaccinations. I told him at least twice the issue was not up for debate, he would not shut up about it and told me it was up for debate because I went to him for advice and when I said I was "well-versed in..." (I didn't get to finish my sentence before he interrupted but would have said "my decision") he interrupts with "no, I really don't think you are". That's when I said, "this is done, we're finished" and we walked out. We walked out of the office, down the hallway, out of one door and out of the other - in silence! I got out to the empty parking lot, the boys (17 and 13) got in the car and I called my husband. YES, loudly I said, "what a condescending pr*ck!" into the phone - YES, I cussed, YES, there was an echo, so it may have seemed even louder - not a soul in the parking lot but us - I will never be caught acting foolish in public! The receptionist was locking the door behind me and I was ACCUSED by the Office Manager Kathy of making a scene in the waiting area - per her receptionists - yet, I detailed EVERY single step of what happened as I was leaving to her and I'm sure she knows they were lying. So not only was I berated by Dr. Kipperman (my boys were already uncomfortable before he yelled at me), this was after waiting an entire hour past our appointment time, but the receptionists exaggerated the situation and lied about what happened describing some belligerent fool, and then Kathy un-apologetically, tells me that they're not the right fit for us, discharging us because I wouldn't sit there and take the doctor's 1950's "HOW DARE A WOMAN DISAGREE OR TALK BACK TO ME" attitude! Kathy stated that in all her time there, she has never heard Dr. Kipperman raise his voice - well it only took me an hour and a half of being there and I didn't do what he wanted me to do - I'm pretty sure that's a women's lib issue in THAT work environment but I won't give anyone any ideas! No Kathy, you're right, you're not a good fit for us. It's unfortunate because the 2 times we saw Dr. Sadinsky for emergency visits, I really thought they were a great group - I was wrong. Dr. Sadinsky is just a really good doctor in an unprofessional, unethical practice. I hope he gets out soon for his sake! read more

Milford Pediatrics' front desk didn't have space today, but they said they'd try to make some based on our situation. We are new to the community and my toddler stepped on a long staple at our new house. They had instructions prepared. And names of people to call back and ask for. They said, "I totally understand. The doctor doesn't have space today on her calendar, but here's what we can do: 1) Call your Manhattan Practitioner and ask when the last time she got her tetanus was. From there we can be better prepared to treat her or perhaps she doesn't even need to come in at all. 2) I'll talk with the doctor and see what she thinks. Do you think the nail/staple came off in her foot?" (I mean, good questions and concerns here....thinking for me as I panic while my baby screams and bleeds). 3) Call back any time today after you talk with her regular doctor and ask for me, Kelly". Do not ever come here. They let someone not related to me, not an emergency contact make appointments for my daughter without my knowledge or consent. Then charged me a "missed appointment" fee. LOVE LOVE LOVE This group. Can't say enough good things about them.. When we first moved to CT, we had an 18 mo old (plenty of visits to a pediatrician under our belt to compare) and desperately needed someone here. We were referred to Milford Pediatric Group by a NURSE who used them for her own children for years. Dr. Jeff can administer shots without child knowing (until stinging meds take effect after - you really have to see it to believe it), Sadinsky is amazing, and every doctor I've been fortunate enough to encounter thank GOODNESS has been kind, funny, and patient. Our last visit (now 11 years later - needing a physical to enter 7th grade) was even full of good school advice from nurse practioner Richard which just happen to echo what I said earlier....sooooo much better since it not just coming from (audible sigh now and huge rolling of eyes) MOM. School or camp forms can be faxed to their office and they have been so quick to return them ASAP either by faxing back, mailing, or allowing me to pick-up. The best part in my opinion is that I just called to make an appt. because my son's allergies are acting up and instead of them setting appt, they actually had a nurse to return my call within five minutes to see if I really needed to come in or if it was something I could do. They've always been good about making sure I don't need to unnecessarily spend money or time when I just have a pressing question I need answered to alleviate fear. Much needed for a worrying mom. We've moved to Westport but I have remained at MilfordPG. Would travel to see them from anywhere. A wait: sometimes yes. Worth it: absolutely. read more

New parents!!! Stay away from this group..Front office is so unprofessional...My family was with this group for several years my older son was misdiagnosed twice. Dr. Lockhart when she gets overworked and overwhelmed is one I would personally NEVER trust with my child . Dr. Jeff which was are actually Doctor of choice Cares nothing about the children your child is just a $ sign.. He is very disconnected from his patients.... we switched over to Orange pediatrics our circle of friends have been telling us for years to do so. We saw Dr. Kipperman at this practice and he was just horrific. He was very negative about breastfeeding when my daughter was an infant. He was incredibly uninformed about all aspects of nursing - which, as a pediatrician, I found upsetting. The lactation consultant associated with this group was well meaning but not very knowledgeable and was inexperienced. I have a friend who is a nurse at an urgent care facility close by and she said the number of missed or bag diagnosis she sees from Milford pediatrics patients is staggering. Was a patient here for over 17 yrs. Very happy, I thought. Until I moved away and realized that the care for my children was conditional. My child was on an extremely addictive med and when he couldn't be seen by a new physician in our new area in time he was left high and dry off of the meds because he was no longer a patient, deactivated, just non existent. The staff who always seemed so caring, now made him feel like a drug addict, the dr. Who I would praise now treated us like 2nd class citizens. A little compassion for a child (family in our situation) that you've known for a while goes a long way, but only if you are a paying customer at this practice I have learned at the end of the day. read more

My daughter was soo sick and they refused to see her because I had an outstanding bill of $400 that I repeatedly told them to charged to my HSA account but they refused and wanted me to pay out of pocket for charges that weren't even right because they didn't even charge my insurance! As a former patient myself, I was delighted to have my children under the care of Milford Pediatrics. It was so nice to see so many of the friendly familiar faces from when I was a child. I started to notice all those employees slowly started leaving- and never gave it much thought until my first of many unpleasant interactions with the office manager. How ANY respectable Pediatricians office would put that woman in charge baffles me. She is cruel, rude and obnoxious. The way she speaks is so demeaning. We recently left the practice, and while I do miss the doctors (we LOVE Sadinsky, the others are great too) - I can't forget that woman soon enough. But today when my husband and i went in with our two girls and im currently pregnant. we're walking to our room someone who works there turned towards us and says that must be aweful. Im almost 31 years old and im not sure when in the world people have no filter and think its so wierd to have 3 kids at 31. Especially working at a pediatrician office. My son showed a bump in the groin area, we made an d got directed to APRN Danielle Khorsandi, she conducted blood test on him and decide it was a swollen node. A complete ultrasound was prescribed and results shown according to her everything was OK. We came back a few weeks later because my son complained about pain in that area, and Danielle prescribed an unguent for infection, we suggested to be directed to a Urologist that she did. We came back again due to a small fever related to something else and now a real doctor checked him. Dr. Roberta Lockhart and after inspecting him she reconfirm what previously Danielle said. We went to the Urologist last week and after 5 minutes, he without no ultrasound or blood work identify he has a hernia that needs to be taken care off through surgery. I wonder what would might have happen if we didn't push to get the Urologist? Still using an unguent??????? A nurse, then a Doctor and both couldn't see what the Urologist saw after 5 minutes not even using a full area ultrasound. read more

After 16 years with the practice caring for 3 of my children I was kicked out of the practice with claims from Managment that we missed 6 appointments in a years time span Ive never been informed about the discrepancy nor did I know I was on verge of being kicked out of the practice along with all of my children. I was told my insurance didn't allow payments for missed appointments and I hand been sent letters which I never received pointless to say I've called numerous times trying to reconcile the issue bc my children aren't happy with our new physician office and my daughters further more have anxiety since being with Lisa and Jeff since birth I find this Managment unprofessional and unsympathetic nevertheless negligent on their part of informing us about a possible dismissal . I feel in my heart we were judged on the fact we have husky insurance which was thrown in my face on the first communication with Managment ! Jeff and Lisa have been amazing I find it very disheartened no resolution could be found it's extremely distasteful . read more

Dr Sadinsky is great, never an issue with him. But if you have to use the sick side lookout, they don't have their act together there IMO. We went today after making an appointment I was happy to see only one other patient in the building at that time, went to the desk to check in and was told to wait, we waited a half hour and for 2 other sick side patients that came in after us but got treated first. I got up to leave after a half hour but stopped at the desk to complain and was told there were 4 providers and the patients before me must have appointments too, but she then realised I was a sick side patient and changed her lie to oh, the Dr is running late, nothing more, no apology nothing else said except as I turned to leave the receptionist asked if we wanted to reschedule! Really? Reschedule a sick patient that is in front of you!!! read more

Staff is seriously incompetent. There are a TON of people working there, yet somehow everyone behaves as though it is their very first day. My daughter was crying on one of her first visits (as small babies do) and it was almost like the nurse was afraid of her. She tried to just weigh her with her clothes on & a wet diaper just to get it over with. My mother-in-law was with me and is a doctor. When she told the nurse that that you need to undress a baby that small before weighing her, she told us just to weigh the baby ourselves. So, we did. Tried to leave the practice and have our records transferred to another office, and every time we call, they seem to have "forgotten" our request. We've been waiting 4 weeks and my daughter is now behind on her shots because these high school students running a practice can't figure out how to handle this simple request. My daughter is only 5 months old, but they tell us that she somehow has so many pages of medical records that they "couldn't possibly fax it all over today". They're also charging us 55 cents per page of records to change practices, and claiming that they are mandated to do this by the state of CT. While they may be within their right to charge for copies, it is simply not true that they are mandated by the state to do this. On another occasion, the front desk told me that I had to take my 6 week old baby to the "sick side" of the waiting area because I was there for a non-checkup visit. Take my 6 week old infant over to the "sick side" with all of the older children coughing during the peak of flu season just because I'm there for a lactation consult? No. They really need to consider interviewing people before they hire them. I assume they don't, because they never would have hired these people if they had a conversation with them beforehand. In any practice, it seems that you end up interacting with the front line staff much more than with the actual doctors. I consider these hiring selections a reflection on the doctors priorities. They clearly prioritize being able to pay lower wages to inexperienced staff over an acceptable experience for their patients. read more

When we moved from Florida to Connecticut last year, I was very concerned about finding a good doctor for our 2 year old. We found 5 at Milford Pediatric! They see you same day, 7 days a week. Just returned from seeing Dr. Sadinsky this Sunday morning for am ear infection that hurt our toddler all night long. He has a wonderful, engaging manner with kids! We are fortunate. read more

I'm only giving 1 star because I unfortunately can't give a 0/5. Where do I start with this practice. 1. Their employees are not only rude, they have apparently no filter ... They say smart and unnecessary remarks when they aren't needed. 2. Dr. Kipperman (I believe is the spelling) has a horrible attitude as well. He does not like to find solutions but rather create problems. As well as judge you based on appearance & age. 3. They reuse disposable covers for the otoscopes. 4. Not only do they reuse them. They don't even clean them. I was at this doctors office with my child and I'm a first time mom so I'm 100% very extra careful with my child. So I'm checking out the instruments they are going to be using on my child . I see they have these 4 disposable covers on the desk set up and ready to use. I check them out just to make sure and what do you know ? They are filled with ear wax. That must have been one of the most disgusting things I have seen. And to think they were minutes away from inserting that into my child's ear.. that was disturbing. I threw out the covers and went to the nurse. I informed her that they had ear wax in them and that my room needed new ones for the exam. (They got very upset with me and told me with an attitude may I add) "You shouldn't have done that. We reuse them, they were cleaned." I proceeded to tell them once more "But they had ear wax in them... you guys were not going to put that in my child's ear. Most definitely not." They told me to get back to my room and they will bring more. Now let me tell you new ones never came. Instead the doctor and a nurse come in. I've never seen Dr. Kipperman come into a room with a nurse ... but alright.. he didn't introduce her or say what shes doing in the room at any point in the appointment. He tells me I damaged his equipment and that he should make me pay for it. So I told him I most definitely would pay for them, specially if that's what it takes to get an exam done with clean instruments. He said there was no need. When he left the room I took the covers out on the trash and placed them back on the counter and informed him they were back on there so they can "clean" them as they say. He said they were in the trash they won't be used again. But the same way they "clean" them after being in someone else's ear.. can't they clean them out of the trash? I really don't see the difference ..? Not that I'm saying I wanted them to use them out of the trash I was only comparing the two scenarios. This is very outrageous, and I will follow up with the health department about this. Do yourself a favor and the next time you step into this practice check out all the instruments clean and disinfect them for yourself , because you never know with these people. read more

Avoid this office at all costs. I am sad to state I have stopped going to this office after going there since I was a baby and inturn brought my now 10 yr old daughter there since she was born. As the practice has grown, the adminstration has not. For years now, I have dealt with unprofessional and very unorganized staff, causing billing errors and collection notices due to the staff not filing claims correctly. After recently needing resolution to an escalated issue, retireving medical documents, I am appaled at the service I experienced. I was passed around by various staff members with hold times of up to 25 minutes to try to obtain a status of my request. After being told the docuement I needed would be escalated above the normal processing time, I was then abruptly told after multiple attemps over 3 days that nothing could be done. I never received any kind of empathy to the crunch I was in. Instead the office Manager was completely rude, telling me I can go else where since she clearly didnt want to deal with a frustrated parent due to the staffing issues and uniformed associates. Not one person followed through with their promise for a phone call or even knew what I was talking about every time I had to call back for an update. The only reason I give one star for this office is that the Dr.s are amazing. However, there is far better practices out there with professional, oragnized, and understanding staff that appreciate your business and will not treat you like a number. read more

We especially love Dr. Jamie Anderson and are always so impressed by her knowledge and bedside manner. The front of house staff is just as awesome and very flexible in terms of billing. Not thrilled with this group. We had to switch pediatricians when Dr Baron retired last summer and all of his records were transferred to MPG. Getting an appointment or even someone on the telephone is difficult and you usually have to wait for quite a while when you get there. read more

I adamantly did not want to use this group, but the dr I wanted wasn't accepting new patients, so I settled. I am so happily surprised!! It is so well run. The staff is great. Everyone is on top of their game. They have a sick and a well side and all babies 4 months and younger sit on the well side regardless of the reason for their visit. I've never been denied a same day appointment. Nurses call back quickly when you call with a question. And our dr is Dr. Kipperman and he is so great. He visited our new baby in the hospital twice, had lots of helpful tips and advice for us as we were new parents. He has been super supportive of breastfeeding even though I've faced many challenges. And he remembers specifics about our baby from visit to visit. Cannot recommend highly enough! read more

My daughter had a physical today at the Stratford office with Dr Sadinski he is great! My daughter loves him and he always puts a smile on her face. The lady at the front desk however is miserable and shouldn't be allowed to work in a children's office. She doesn't smile and while she was on the phone with a patient she was giving them an attitude and rolling her eyes. How unprofessional? I called for directions and she snapped at me because I didnt know the office had moved down the street. I wouldn't want her to be the first impression of my business. I would have given milford pediatric group 5 stars because the doctor and the rest of the staff are amazing but she makes me never want to visit the Stratford office again. I will definitely only be going to the Milford office from now on. read more

Dr. Howard Sadinsky, absolutely best doctor ever!!! Along with a great supporting staff, this is by far the best pediatric office. Our first son started seeing Dr Sadinky about 15 years ago (after seeing a few other doctors he did not care for). Our son is now 21 years old but to this day still wishes he could keep Dr. Sadinsky as his primary doctor. Our youngest son has Doc Sadinsky currently and prefers to only see him (though there are other good doctors in the practice). Doc has been there through years of ear infections, tummy aches, flu, shoots, croup, head injuries, and even a few broken bones with our kids. Doc is always able to keep our boys calm and relaxed. He talks to them directly and values their input. They always feel heard and confident that Doc will make them better. My kids are comfortable and trust Dr. Sadinsky. We feel the same because he treats our kids as if they are his own children!! Couldn't ask for a better doctor to care for our sons! read more

We love Dr. Sadinsky at MPG. He's fantastic with my sons, and since he has kids in the same age group as mine, I know he is genuinely relating to my questions and concerns. He is more than willing to try different things to find solutions. That said, avoid Dr. Kipperman if you care about your children. I've never said much about him, because he isn't our primary doctor, but I recently came across a thread on Facebook about MPG, and the overwhelming consensus was that Dr. Sadinsky is great, a few others are good, too, but Dr. Kipperman is a cold, nasty, disinterested person who should not be around children. I can say personally we have had to return for a redo EVERY time we've ever seen him (which has only been when he's on call and we have an emergency), because in his arrogance, he doesn't listen to us, the parents, and whatever the problem is does not get solved. On those rare occasions when we need someone ASAP, I now say, "We will not see Dr. Kipperman." Trust me, you are better off waiting a day or just going to the walk-in if he is the only option. It's too bad, because Dr. Sadinsky is great, and I know several people who have left the practice entirely due to Kipperman. Use this practice, but stay away from him. read more

We moved out of the area and had to switch, the staff needed a form to give permission to move the records to the new pediatrician but they don't email the forms. They asked if they could fax them. Love them. I've never had a problem and they've always handled every appointment wonderfully. I have 3 kids and have been there many, many, many times with both scheduled appointments and emergencies. I also utilize their allergy doctor on staff for my daughter with nut allergies. I have had last minute forms to be filled out, appointments squeezed in and doctors following up our Yale emergency room visits. They have always been professional and competent. We've been to see multiple doctors over the years too, when they squeeze you in sometimes you can't see your routine doctor, but I have never met one I didn't love. I feel lucky to have had this practice to help me through the numerous illnesses and injuries of 3 kids over 9 years. So glad we found them! read more

I have been taking my kids here for years. The only reason is because I like Lisa Caapobianco and some of the other doctors.... I do not recommend this practice however due to the other staff. I go to the Stratford location because I live in Stratford and the receptionist is HORRIBLE! She is rude and unprofessional. She talks on her cell phone and ignores us when we walk in and only acknowledges me after I says excuse me and my child's name. She also eats food at the desk and chews with her mouth open. They claim to call you when your written script is ready but they don't. They had my sons script for three days and never called me. When I called the receptionists in Stratford to ask if it was there she said...did anyone call you? I said no..she said ... Then it's not here. And she didn't even look. I hung up the phone and drove directly there. (5mins tops) and ask for my sons script and it was there. My son went three days with out his medicine. Then the only way to call in that you need a refill is through their automated refill line. While I work during the day and it doesn't work from my cell phone ( I don't have an iPhone) when I called to see if I could talk to an actual person so I could get the script for my son. The lady of the phone told me I HAD to call it in through the automated line. When I tried to explain that it doesn't work with my phone. The lady was rude and told me to wait till I get home then. I explained they will be closed then she said then you will have to wait and told me she never heard of it not working before and I must be doing something wrong...she refused to help me. Then I asked for permission from my job to use their phone on my lunch break to call it in and when I did Milford pediatrics was on lunch too and doesn't allow you to use the automated service while they are on lunch.. Not to mention I can't pick up my sons script on my lunch either because it is the same time they take lunch. I go to work before they open and get out after they are closed and take lunch when they do..so how I am suppose to get my sons medication...I explained this yesterday to the Stratford office and she said I don't know then. So sick of this place and their inability to be professional and help your child. Not to mention no one regulates my child's medication or asks how he is doing with it. They need a better system to get those who get prescriptions seen from time to time. I am switching today! read more

Attentive and caring doctors who, if you have an urgent need and call after hours, always return your call within a timely frame. They work with parents to determine what is best for the child and are masters of their craft! Lost a star in the review due to reception staff: there are about three competent people there for whom you don't have to repeat things three or four times and who don't appear sullen or treat you as if you're a nuisance. My poor kid goes to this office and gets the quack Lafranco herself who say the head to toe rash my kid had was scabies EVEN though I told her I once had pityriasis rosea and my daughter has huge harold burn on her back she says its scabies!!LOL gives me cream for scabies and send my poor kid on her way and we were to call in week if shes not better well of course she was worse because she was misdiagnosed and because I am a single mom could not get off work to bring her to appt they would not give her a school note and referred us to a specialist 2 hours away so in the interim of trying to get her seen she stayed home and of course that lousy doctors office unless you pay $150 dollars and sit there for an hour will not give a school note KNOWING my poor kid was suffering because Dr Lafranco has know clue what she is doing and the specialist themselves said they have no idea how a primary doctor did not know what the rash was SCARY I will be pulling my daughter from this office. read more
