I viewed a house on Tuesday said Yes I defiantly wanted the house, I was told on Wednesday afternoon the Vendor has excepted your offer the property is yours, on Thursday afternoon I received a phone call to say the house has been sold to someone who has offered £5,000 more than you, so I Had been GAZUMPED, so I offered £5,000 more to gazump them, a week later I was told, The vendor has chosen to stay with the other byer, I do not believe this estate agent, I think I was a spare in case the first byer dropped out of the sale, in any other business this would be misconduct but it seems this estate agent can get away with what I would call them CON ARTIST. If you care about your property- these are probably not the property management people for you. £££££ is all they are about. After looking at the reviews, it appears it isn't just me that feels this. Would never recommend them to anyone. Thought we had bought a property yet they allowed another agent in house to gazumped our offer and allowed us to carry on paying for the surveys and solicitors fee's all the while knowing that they had agreed another offer. The WORST agents in the area! Avoid at all costs! read more

AVOID THIS AGENT, they are scam artists, anyone I know who has used them to try and rent a property has said so. I used to used to know a guy who worked for them and they wouldn't even pay what they owed when the person left the job! read more
