We stopped here for a quick bite before driving to Porto, as we were spending the day in Aveiro. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor seating was popular even in December because the weather was lovely. There were a couple of people on their laptops, along with us and a family who had recently moved to Portugal from Canada. We appreciated the outdoor seating because we had our two dogs with us.
I had an unusual 3 cheese grilled cheese (it had cream cheese as one of the three) and my husband had a Portuguese version of shakshuka. We had cappuccinos and tea as well. Service was extremely friendly.
There were multiple desserts and light savory options. It is a nice place to go for coffee and brunch. read more
