I have made the schedule as requested, arrived and made the tattoo. Upon payment, I was informed I could not pay by card, but there was an ATM nearby. I went to the ATM and went back to the tattoo shop to pay the 500 DKK, for which I asked for a normal receipt - they told me not to worry, that it had already been sent via email.
I found out later that the receipt received via email had a service of 0 DKK despite having paid 500 DKK, having the proof of my trajectory from the shop to the ATM, and back to the shop again.
I replied back to the email asking them to kindly rectify the error, and ever since, no response and just silence. Unfortunately I was in Copenhagen only for a couple of days which made it difficult to go back to the shop , but this act revealed to me an unfortunate lack of morality and ethics, which I expected from such known tattoo shop. read more
