I got a lot of solid advice on the different types of jewelry and the process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff :) The process itself went very smoothly - I chose a smaller rose gold horseshoe, and I was in and out in 25 minutes. The best part is that, after it healed up, I realized the ring was too small to flip up (to hide it). I came back in expecting to have to buy a new ring and change it out, but they were able to open up the existing ring - for free! Anytime I need to get anything done in the future, I'll definitely be coming back here.
