I have never hired anyone for anything and been completely satisfied Which includes Wayne Carters…read moreAce Electrical and Heating. Here's the rundown: Pros: His cost for installing a 3 ton Lennox split system was less than half of my best estimate. Mr Carter is very knowledgeable on HVAC installation and arrived daily in the morning hours ready to work. I haven't used the heat yet but the A/C cooling just fine. Cons: Mr Carter misjudged the size of his unit and the size of my attic access. He had to cut a large hole in the ceiling. During installation I was informed that the disintegrated plenum needed replacing, extra charge. During install he needed this and that from Home Depot, extra charge. He arranged for drywall men who arrived the next morning, extra charge. In conclusion, filthy hand prints on my walls and scuffed and nicked moldings everywhere. Filth ground into my carpet was a complete mess. I had to get it steam cleaned, extra charge. The drywall men, though affable, did the worst I've ever seen, see pics, and apparently there was a money disagreement between the two that tried to draw me into. Just know that his price is for unit installation only! No frills, no duct work, no warranty, only the Lennox warranty. Would I do it again? I just do't know.

My husband was constantly coughing at night usually...I thought it was something medically - that…read morehe grew up with second hand smoke etc... but one night he spent the night at a hotel and he said he wasn't coughing...so we immediately got our ducts checked and they were dirty, moldy, gross. We got an estimate - hired Healthy Air Duct Cleaning & Mold Remediation. They came in took our blower out (which had mold in it)...cleaned all our ducts (which were disgusting) - put a cleaner to kill all the mold etc in the ducts and put a white substance (not sure what it is) that is mold resistant to keep it clean for years - I think approx. 7-10 years. My husband has stopped coughing COMPLETELY at night!! It's amazing and I'm so happy we found this out....I'm telling all my family/friends...I want everyone to breathe clean air!! I recommend Healthy Air Duct Cleaning and Mold Remediation 100%.
