It's a very family- friendly place and its decor is clean, unassuming and basic. Since this is Quebec, everyone speaks French but almost everyone knows enough English to accommodate the occasional American that may come through. The menu is impressive. They have full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus every day. The highlights of this place and what everyone comes for are the pizzas and the chicken. The pizzas are very generously covered with toppings of your choice, the crust is light, and the sauce is...indescribable. I mean it. There is something, a sweet component that they add to the sauce that I've never had anywhere else that just compliments any and every topping you put on their pizza. I have no idea what it is, but the flavor of this sauce that haunts me every now and then. And this place is the only place that I know of in the world that has this sauce. It's always our last stop before our 5 hour drive home! You can bet that we all fall asleep right away from being so full! Quality of the food is always great! We order a few whole pizzas to share and of course a few orders of their Poutine! Pizza has fresh ingredients, lots of sauce, lots of sauce and cooked to perfection! Their fries are crispy and drowned in gravy and cheese!! Soooo good! I can understand and speak a little French (my sister and her family are fluent - she learned while living there) but not enough to carry a conversation. With that being said, employees try their best to speak English and we try our best to speak French! They're very welcoming and extremely friendly! We go often enough to be regular customers so overtime it almost feels like home!
