I walked outside and the vape did not work. I spoke with the cashier about it and she said she cannot exchange it or return it. I let her know I am not doing either. I am simply wanting a product that works since I paid for it. She proceeded to raise her voice and say MA'AM I am just an employee and that is what the sign says. I asked to speak with the manager. She gave me their number. I explained the situation and told the manager what was going on. He apologized for my experience then said it is what it is. Too bad. It's my loss because the places he buys vapes from don't work and I don't get a refund nor a product that works. I would not recommend going here. The service I got and the way I was talked to by both the employee and the manager was very unprofessional. Give your money to a company who cares more about their regulars.
