Once we got upstairs, we still had to ask around as where we were supposed to go and where our nail tech was (we later found out that she was delayed due to the fact of her getting her eyelashes done in the next room). Kayla's (our nail techs) service was extremely unprofessional as she was throwing cotton balls , swabs and towels across the room trying to hit the trash containers they were supposed to go into (some actually hitting my daughter). I asked if I could get my toenails done in gel and she said "no we don't do gel here as it's too hard to remove.. So I decided on a regular paint color, which she proceeded to paint on like a first year nail tech student. I called and spoke with the manager (Denise) to express our disappointment, and dissatisfaction ; she-never apologized for the poor service or for her employees unprofessionalism that obviously reflected on her facility but told me I needed to take it up with the nail tech. Bad service from beginning to end. From making the appointment, trying to find my assigned nail techs booth to the service!! Very disappointing and very unprofessional!!

Fun fact: there was once an ancient artifact called a "ringtone" our forefathers would place on their phones. "So fresh, so clean" used to be my ringtone, as I am considered one of the Ancient Ones, being born before the mystical sage, Google (Actually, I graduated high school before Google was founded). Now, my phone has been on silent for 3 years. Gent's is a great little barber shop in Greenfield that I've been using off and on for the past few years. They recently have become my main grooming establishment simply because whenever I've tried someplace else, I'm never as satisfied. I go to Nikki, and she is great. Years of experience. Buck is the owner and founder and he's a wizard with the clippers, as I've witnessed on several occasions. Gent's takes walk-in's but just a heads up that they are pretty popular in this area, and walk-in's usually have to wait or come back. So, just schedule your appointment online. That's what I do, and I've never had an issue. Prices are more than fair, considering you receive service from some absolute pros. When I walked into Gent's, I had a certified mop on my head. Buck is my kiddo's favorite. He gets my 3 year old to sit still. Parking is easy. Prices are comparable to other places in the area. It's always clean and well kept.
