The paralegal there is Erica Kirby who in my opinion is just totally inept. The arrogance from this firm is astounding considering how incompetent it is. I had the misfortune of using them based on a title company sending us over to them for a Heirship Of Affidavit situation. I needed up doing all the legwork Found mobile notaries in Wisconsin (2) a title company up there to help and we paid the bill to do all the work. Then her paperwork was screwed up and we had to get it renotarized in Wisconsin and pay the additional fee's. It was just a complete joke of a firm. Arrogant attorney, arrogant paralegal. On top of that when the paperwork was FEDEXED down to their office from the title company with signed notarized signatures, They didn't file it. We didn't find it out until it was time to close the property and when this "law office" was contacted they didn't have it, didn't have a copy of it, didn't know how to locate it. On top of that this paralegal and the attorney sent some ridiculously stupid email with some issue that they didn't appreciate us sending someone to their office to sign an agreement. We had already had an preliminary agreement and meeting on site with this individual so one again the completely incompetent in my opinion law firm again had no idea what in the world they were talking about and we responded by asking them not to send up stupid emails again. The other thing is you really donny have any idea if the work is being done by her personally or through the law firm. "Convenient. Complete joke of a law firm in my opinion.
