I responded saying I'd be able to get there by 3:30 and she said sounds good. Well 3:30 rolls around. I'm there as stated. And the door was locked. My 2nd appt was cancelled cause I changed my phone number (but they had my email on file), they accommodated me and get me in on a Sunday at 4pm, my artist only worked on me for 3 hours tops, I was charged $1300, I complained and was reimbursed $300, I was severely overcharged for a minimal piece and when my artist (a guest artist) reached out recently to see if I wanted to finish, I explained the issue with what I was quoted and charged and asked for a final price and a new design. It has been crickets ever since.
