Now for those Yelpers reading this review from around the globe, Ocala is approximately a one hour thirty minute drive north from my home base of Orlando. No worries though, for a great meal, time and distance is no object. Upon entering the hotel and the restaurant, service was outstanding. From the doorman, to the front desk, to Margaret from Security (BIG THANKS FOR TAKING OUR PRE-MEAL PHOTOS), to our servers, I have only the highest of regards. And this brings us to our meal... River and Milagros did double duty as our servers and were a delight throughout the evening. The Bread Service to begin the meal was stellar. Three different bread options, including a Sweet Potato Roll (LUSCIOUS!)...and the Whipped Honey Butter (OH, YEAH!) For my entree, I chose the 22 oz. Bone-In Ribeye and Kimberley opted for the 8 oz.
