He made sure we were in the right spots, gave great tips, and kept the energy up all day long, even at 4am. The owners, Lori and Travis, clearly care about their business and their guests. First we have done ATV in Mexico and in Hawaii on some amazing backdrops. This by far was the best. The machines were perfect and so was the equipment. They had great gear that kept a lot of the mud, dust and water out. It can't be avoided completely but they do everything in their power. I was hesitant about having to wear a helmet but have to say it is a must. As you fly through the trails at catch an errant tree limb this takes it like a champ. We loved getting to the glacier and then getting the option to polar plunge in the glacier. They made it easy and encouraged it. The food and snacks exceeded our expectations and we had the perfect amounts of stops. We saw 3 moose and two of the three were a mother/baby pair. So cute for sure. We saw eagles fly over head too. This was just amazing and the staff made us feel a part of their family. The sand dunes were a blast in these machines. So many good things to say.

She was a wealth of knowledge and such a fun person to spend the day with. Everywhere we went, she seemed to know everything. She interspersed personal anecdotes allowing us to get to know her better and to understand more about the area. Everything was included in the price of the tour. Lunch (of your choice - not just preset options), a beer at the brewery, and admission to the nature center were all taken care of. There were also snacks and water available in the van. We got lucky with a small group (4 people including us!), but the van only holds 13 people - much better than the giant coach busses! V, our guide, was informative and helped take pictures of my family! They pick up and drop off at your hotel. Not too sure about the water bottles though. After you are done drinking the tap water, you have to return the bottles for them to recycle. Although they use a dishwasher, it seems a bit strange for me to share bottles with other people.

We started with the UTV trail ride, which was an absolute blast. The course took us through water crossings and a variety of on and off trail terrain, making for an exciting and unforgettable ride. Then we experienced the sled dogs, which was equally amazing. We got to meet the dogs, learn about the sport, and see their enthusiasm and team work in action! The staff were outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun, safe, and memorable for our whole family. The entire experience was well-organized, smooth, and unforgettable from start to finish. A special thank you to Lindsey, who did a fantastic job providing clear, helpful information and putting together our itinerary. Everything was easy to follow and stress-free because of her attention to detail. And huge kudos to Hannah, our musher -- she was absolutely awesome! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional throughout the ride. You could genuinely see how much she loves her dogs... and how much they love her right back. That made the whole experience feel even more special and authentic. They have everything you'll need to keep you warm from suits, gloves, and shoes... AND you will also get to see the cute puppies!
