Tartar sauce was excellent. Cheeseburger was homemade and quite good. They toast their bun which is nice. Fresh veggies. Onion rings are also home made however the batter was way to thick. Thinning out the batter would make these great. Beef Enchiladas were okay although a little on the bland side. Need a little more kick to make them superb. Beans and rice were very good. The size of the tacos were pretty large for being labeled as "mini" & the pastor wasn't anything to write home about. The charro beans were the savior on the plate because they were dynamite!
