This place is a ripoff! $47 to get a wash (not even the best wash) and interior cleaned. My truck is still filthy and the interior is slick from all the crap they sprayed. The glass is streaked from the dirty towels they used and it's just a horrible job all the way around. I could get my truck and interior cleaned for half the cost in any other city, and the truck would actually look good. Go somewhere else or do it yourself. MAY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. The automatic car wash scratched up my new vehicle down to bare metal. I'm looking at a $950 bill for paint repair. 2 onsite employees apologized and said the damage was obviously caused by the car wash. We filled out a claim form. They said corporate would repair the damage. A few days later corporate weaseled out of the responsibility. They refused to even reimburse the cost of the wash! Mighty Wash does not care about their customers. It's just a cash grab business. Unless you have a good lawyer on retainer, don't risk using this business. Caution they do not test their equipment and have run my vehicle through with no soap and little water a few times. Brushes are hard on paint also charge 5 dollars to dry and its a 30 second job. read more

Poor service. I left my truck with them for 5 hours to get an oil change and car wash. When I came to pick it up they did not wash it and would not refund my money. They gave me receipt to return. Every time I came back the interior wash was closed. I would not recommend them read more

This is the absolute worst car wash I have ever been too. Incredibly terrible service. I will never be back. If there was a way to give it 0 stars I would. I left my car for a morning to get it detailed and washed on the outside. When I came back there was nothing done to it. They told me I had to pay before when I questioned why it wasn't done. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told I could leave it and pay when the detailing was done. When I told the manager I wanted my $$ back she told me she would refund me for the interior detailing but not the exterior because the car wash was working just fine. Keep in mind the car wash had not been completed. She asked me if when I went to a restaurant if I paid for the food before or after I was served. Terrible analogy because if I go sit down at a restaurant then absolutely I am served my food before I pay! Don't ever go to this wash. I have never been there nor will I go again. I drove the girl helping with choosing which wash was very nice. I proceeded guy washed one side of my pickup that was it. the roller started pulling me through brushes were turning no water no soap until the end 2 streams of water and still no soap. Paid for hand dry. only wiped a little dirt still all over my pickup. they didn't even clean the glass. Also, some guy came running out screaming at me to move. I've tried these guys several different times. I finally stopped using them for my diesel truck because they ran out of Rotella twice in a month's period. Who runs out of Rotella in an oil town? Today's service was really fast but it costs way too much and the car wash is never very effective. I think I'll go elsewhere. read more

Worst decision bringing my truck here for an oil change. The 2nd customer in line and waited for 2 hours while listening to the lady at the front desk complain to all of the technicians about her pay as they stood around eating candy and chips. All of that on top of an outrageous bill. Will never bring my vehicle here again. read more

I've been to this car wash before and came back for a oil change on 12/26/16. The attendant took my information and I asked for regular oil in the change . He said ok. As I was walking off to Academy to kill time while waiting, he called me back and said his regular oil hoses were not working and asked if I wanted semi synthetic, or synthetic. I said semi was fine and went on to Academy. Upon returning I notice that the locked bed cover was rolled open and left that way. Why would anyone need to look in my locked bed for a oil change ? I inquired inside and was told they would find out- no one returned. Never again- other reviews seem to indicate that the inmates that work there are running the asylum is consistent. There are too many GOOD car washes to choose from in Midland than to worry about someone in your trunk/ bed of truck. The one review of 5 stars that was ecstatic over free vacuuming- who cares about that ?! read more
