The doctor and staff are unprofessional and don't give helpful advice when trying to choose a new pair of glasses. They never verified my benefits and sent my claim as medical instead of vision which obviously wasn't paid. The claim wasn't even submitted until 10 months after I had been in the office, at which point it was December so we had met our maximum. If they would have submitted sooner, my insurance would have paid. I kept receiving bills in the mail before they even submitted to insurance. I went in to ask for clarification and the lady at the front was so incompetent and knew nothing about insurance. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent place of "business". I wrote a very detailed letter to the doctor and told him how I felt and about the crappy service that I received. He did not care and did not apologize or try to make things right. I'm so angry with this office for making me fight with insurance for almost a year regarding 2 claims. I will never be back to this office nor do I recommend anyone go there.
