Cambridge cares nothing about its investors. I have been stuck in a cycle of hell since 2022…read morebecause they cannot be bothered to get tax documents out in a legal, timely manner. The law states that all tax documents must be mailed on, or by January 31. Cambridge doesn't even pretend to abide by those guidelines. For instance, this year, we were sent a notice that all final tax forms would be mailed by March 15. We received ours on March 20. We saw our accountant, and signed our tax returns on March 31. I took in my mail this morning, April 1. Imagine my surprise to find a new, revised tax documents from Cambridge, printed on March 21, and mailed on March 28! It took a week for them to mail something so important? For the third year in a row, my husband must now amend our taxes, due to their negligence. That means time, stress, and loss of money on our part, as we'll be paying out accountant, twice. Three years in a row.

We have attempted to access our accounts through Cambridge however the phone numbers listed for authentification do not belong to us. Despite multiple calls to the company and providing our private info they refuse to allow us access to our accounts. They stated that we should instead "find a new advisor". This is poor customer service at best and more likely criminal
