I sincerely believe that this could have been catistrophoic without his invlovement and cost me thousands. Everyone I have communicated with in the office has been exceptional as well. They turned a very bad situation into one that I am happy enough to write a review over!

They fixed water damage in an upstairs closet and painted the entire closet. Looks great. We also have a small mud porch that we asked for help with. They added insulation and shingles, installed 2 new doors and made this porch a very cool place to hang out in! Their work crew was excellent, and the clean-up was perfect. Collis Ramos came back to inspect the work and to ensure all cleanup was done. They worked with our insurance company and followed up as needed. This was a fairly large job, and the cost was reasonable and fair. Overall, we are super pleased with Ramos Roofing and highly recommend their services. JoAnn S.

I saw J&T Plumbing's truck in town and thought I'd give them a call. After all, they're a local family business (as are we.) I'm so glad I called. They came out for the quote very quickly, and once we accepted their extremely reasonable quote, they got us on the calendar right away. They installed our new heater this morning and did an EXCELLENT job! Everything is neat and organized, and very clean! Renee at the office was so easy to work with and informative! Michael did the install and we couldn't be happier. They have earned our business forever.

She knew exactly what we needed because of their experience with this issue and NFM. She asked for his name and number and she'd have them call ahead to give him plenty of time to get into his wheelchair. The technician was also extremely helpful and kind with my partner. They actually offered to help with more than what we requested and we can't thank them enough. Above and beyond all around. Thank you!!! Will definitely be using this business for any future plumbing needs.

It took us a bit of time to get everything in place to have the job done and they honored the original quote (even though it had an expiration date of late July). They did a great job protecting the workspace and replaced an electrical outlet that erroneously had some insulation sprayed into it. We are very happy with the outcome of the spray foam insulation - the spray foam provides a much better barrier than the standard fiberglass and Radiant is a good company to work with.

BBB complaint I filed-…read more I noticed that I had standing water in my kitchen that was coming through a crack in my ceiling. After doing some troubleshooting in the attic I realized that the issue was coming from the roof. I called Above and Beyond Roofing to come out and take a look since they were the ones that replaced my roof. They came out, agreed that the leak was coming from the boot and put caulk around it to stop the leak. The leak did stop. I let them know that I would be contacting a handyman to get an estimate for the repairs for the water damage. Within the next few days I called them and emailed Above and Beyond roofing with no response. After getting the estimate I called them again and was able to talk. Above and Beyond Roofing started saying that the estimate I got was ridiculous and the leak wasn't their fault. I sent them the pictures I took, detailing the leak and the steps I took while troubleshooting. No response. I called them again today and they came out but only to argue that the estimate I got was ridiculous and the leak wasn't their fault. I am only asking them to repair the damages caused by the leak by a reputable handyman and the items I had to purchase while troubleshooting (gloves to work with water and insulation, a flashlight for working in the attic, and a can of Flexseal and waterproof tape).
