He was straight forward and did not try to oversell any other products or services. I highly recommend Scott over any other HVAC in the area. I will also mention that Scott came out when the company that owns my warranty service failed to respond (company initials are S & K (I highly do not recommend them)). Our builder wasn't willing to help us, a dozen locksmiths and gate/ fence companies turned me away for being such a small project and the one company I DID find semi willing to help wanted me to bring our entire iron gate to them which was 45 minutes away. Just for the handle! Steve went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. He came to my house the day I called him, between clients, and even though he wasn't profiting much from a project like mine, he wanted to help. He legitimately cared about helping me and finding a solution to this endless aggravation. Within days he called me and had located my handles in a catalog (which other companies said were custom and could not be replaced), ordered them, PAINTED THEM...and had them installed on my gate within a week. No one else was willing or able to help me and Steve and his crew took care of me like I was family. Truly something I will never take for granted. Customer service at it finest. Highly recommend this company!
