I moved into a rental managed by Main Street Renewal and submitted a maintenance request for a window that would not lock no matter what I did. They assigned the job to Midwest Property Services and Derek Dunn reached out to schedule directly with me which was greatly appreciated! We worked out a time that was mutually beneficial, and Derek kept me posted as to arrival time. Derek was professional, courteous, and above all else, knew what he was doing! He fixed the window and checked the others throughout my house to make sure they were all in working order. I'm telling Main Street Renewal to just have Derek work on my future maintenance calls as he was great to work with. I will hire him directly, if needed. Great job! Nice guy! read more

Iv always been in the construction industry. It all started when my father started his own business up when I was 8yrs old from that day on I knew I wanted to follow my father's footsteps and be a business owner like him one day!. Well it's 2025 and here we are going strong i now have a 9yr old of my own! Hopefully one day he will follow my footsteps and continue the legacy.
