We had a tech recently come to our house. Before coming to our home their communication was great…read moreand they were very responsive. The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.

We have used them for numerous projects. We have a house that is over 100 years old, so you imagine…read morethat there were challenges along the way with our renovation, but they always find a solution that works and is safe. They do great work and are very professional. The thing that impressed me the most is that when I was looking for an electrician, none of the others ever answered their phone, or even returned the phone call. First time I reached out to PLB, the call was answered and had the work scheduled. Every time I have called for more work, the call is answered. I cannot say enough good things about PLB and their work. They have a customer for life in us.

We were having some drain issues on a Sunday. Yeah, I know it was a weekend of all days, hence why…read moreI only contacted companies that took call, open 24 etc. I started with companies that had 5 star rating, let me be clear I was willing to pay a fair price. I happened to call Rollie's as they fit the criteria. From the minute the owner answered the call, he sounded annoyed. The longer the conversation went on I was feeling like i was a bother. He genuinely made the call uncomfortable, that I even asked if he wanted to do it (wants the business) and that I could get someone else. He made me feel like I was interrupting his Sunday, which I get I was, but it did say this business was 24/7 on call. He made sure to say it was going to cost me and that it was a 40 min drive; his tone was condescending. I had him on speaker and even my husband was appalled by his behavior. I decided to end the conversation with that I would get someone else, that he didn't seem like he really wanted my business. I ended up getting my problem fixed with a different company that had superior customer service from the first phone call all the way through to him walking out of my home with my problem fixed and at a way cheaper price than your quote. Customers don't want to feel like we are putting YOU out or that we are a bother. Customers don't need to put up with rude businesses. We can bring our money elsewhere. There was a legit reason why I needed it fixed on a Sunday. If you'd rather spend family time with no interruptions, might I suggest you close your business to weekdays only. Even if I were to have believed you that it was no problem, your tone suggested otherwise. I don't even think I could have trusted your work or the end price for that matter.

What I'm not happy with is I signed the contract when a promo was going on where I would get a $60 gift card & 60% off on installation. They ended the gift card promo saying they ran out. If u have a promo going it shouldn't end in the middle of a deal. Have enough cards to finish the day! Also both the salesperson & the workers gave me false information on fixing problems w/my garage floor which was done in 2021. They said they could be fixed at no extra charge, that was not true.
