Then when I told them I needed 2 gas fireplace chimneys cleaned they said they have no franchise in the area that cleans gas fireplaces. Web site didn't state that and web site also made it sound like this was a locally owned business. I'm still Not sure it is. May be a great company but website is misleading.

In 2021/2022, I remodeled my basement and North Central did all of the plumbing work to put in a new bathroom and installed the fixtures. They also did all of the new duct work that was necessary for the rooms. Once again, they were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Last year I had issues with a backup in my basement and they came out quickly the same day, cleaned the sewer lines and used a camera in order to determine the issue was actually with the City. They contacted the City for me and followed up with me to be sure the problem was resolved. I recently remodeled my kitchen and they put in the new sink and plumbing required to do so. I greatly appreciate their quick and professional service every time I've hired them and each time I've had a service call.

These guys reversed the intake and exhaust on our furnace when they hooked up our AC. They pulled…read moreoff the exhaust to run their lines, leaving the furnace exhaust blowing into the basement for years until it was found and fixed by another company. They then claimed they didn't do it. Look elsewhere.
