We were new to the area, which I explained to the gentleman when I scheduled the initial appointment. I work until 4:30, so we took the last appointment. The gentleman was kind on the phone. But when we got there, I didnt know where to park or where we were going. So, I called saying I think I was there, but didnt know where to go. That was at 5:08pm. I got upstairs, and the receptionist told me we were too late for the appointment. It was 5:10 when we got up there and canceled the appointment. I explained I was JUST on the phone with someone who directed me where to go. He didn't tell me the appointment was canceled. The receptionist had a smug look on her face with TERRIBLE customer service. For a business that has a HOLY BIBLE on their front desk, they certainly dont know how to treat people. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

I get the impression that they gave me a BS quote up front to get me to agree to the procedure. I an see being off by $100-200 but to be off by $1000?
