My experience was very good here (MJ and Johnny stayed in touch and worked with me until I was happy).

I opened the hood to find that it was bone dry just two days after our oil change. Fast forward to August 1, 2024 and this time they did check it it appears because as were sitting on the side of the interstate with a car that's overheated and the engine shut down. I pop the hood to find out that the water reservoir lid was laying upside down on top of the engine. It was trapped between the fuse box and the hood. The water boiled out enough that I had to put a gallon of antifreeze back in and burp the system. Now the engine light will not go off. It is showing that the oil is due to be changed. I'm guessing they failed to reset the percentage to 100%. Another issue is that this is my daughters car and she is 19 years old. I sent her on her own these last two times to get her oil changed because I need to teach her to be independent for this kind of stuff. I coached her and left her detailed text messages on what to tell them. They told her that it was a must that she got synthetic and her car would have problems if she got anything different. Therefore, her oil change in a Chevy Cruz cost her over $80. We have always put semi synthetic or conventional oil in this vehicle. Not only will we never be going back to any Valvoline ever again I likely will never even buy their oil ever again. Highly disappointed. Hoping there's no internal damage to the engine but either way a claim will be filed.

After the road trip, another shop inspected it and said the damage was due to overfilling the oil. The manager refuses to pay for cleaning up my engine and inspecting the engine for leaks. Total incompetence and failure to take responsibility. Antoine has all of the paperwork. I always miss your phone calls. I don't need to hear your excuses. Just pay up, Pal. Claim CS0464112.
