Came for my dog's check up and to check something out. I was able to get here early and sign in…read morethat the wait time wasn't too bad. They have additional staff to assist with annual testing and shots, so when the veterinarian came in he was able to give us the results. He was able to take a look at a hot spot and additionally testing that I agreed to after his assessment of my dog's health and chart. The visit took longer due to additional testing and waiting for results. But left with new information on my dog's health and medication/treatment that will be needed. Check out was fairly easy as well & quick. Overall time from arrival to leaving the office was estimating 2 hours or less. There was only a couple of pets in front of me so my wait time wasn't too long. Sometimes the parking lot is full and wait times my vary.

Brought my dog in on a Friday. Was given two options of a X-ray and/or blood work by Dr. Hager…read more Did both, and she thought he could potentially have a blockage. Sent us home with medicine and to bring him back in the morning for another xray. If nothing was moved, he would likely need surgery. His temperate was at 98 which was dangerously low and he was so weak. I couldn't believe she didn't offer to keep him overnight or to keep trying to find the issue as she was not certain about the blockage. Woke up early Saturday morning and my poor dog was basically lifeless, couldn't even move. Rushed him back and Dr. Roe had the issue figured out within 10 minutes by a simple fecal test but unfortunately it was too late. Dr. Roe tried his best to save him. I truly believe if he was diagnosed properly Friday, my sweet boy would have had a fighting chance. I feel Dr. Hager and the assistant had no compassion for my dog and she certainly did not put in the effort to find what was wrong with him. This place has gone down hill ever since it was sold and I will never be back. This dog meant the world to us, our family is broken.

Doc Obryan dealt with my beagle pup in 2024 when she caught parvo. He saved my baby girl and within 24 hours Charley was up eating and ready to go home. I don't trust my dogs or farm animals with anyone else. I've always been treated with kindness when I come here, I lost two animals back to back in 2021. One a goat the other a ten yr dachshund who was hospitalized. She passed while there. Doc Obryan called me to let me know she passed and was upset on the phone. When I got there he came in to talk to us and gave me a kind hug told me how sorry he was had tears in his eyes. There's four vets at this office and I've had dealt with all four. Mostly Dr Zellers. As my dachshunds like Dr Zellers and Dr Roe moreso. I've never had any issues with the staff nor the drs. They are great! Best vets in several counties! They've helped me late at night before when I had sick goats to helping me with my diabetic dog who was seizing while out of town. Highly recommend this team to care for all your pets you have!
