I understand that we arrived close to closing time (40 minutes before closing), but that shouldn't be an excuse for rudeness. First, we tried to order from the snack bar around 9:26 PM, not realizing it closes at 9 PM instead of 10 PM. Instead of politely informing us, the female employee responded with unnecessary attitude, waving her hand dismissively and saying, "Nahhh, we're closed." Then, when our game automatically ended at 10 PM--before we finished our last frames--we noticed another group still playing. When I asked why, I was told that "You have to request an extension anytime throughout the day if you want to finish your frames before closing". This was confusing because, in all my visits--both day and night--I've never had to " request an extension" to finish my frames (rows). When I asked for clarification-meaning if I have to ask for an extension when it comes close to closing, the employee kept contradicting herself, and said "No, anytime throughout the day" then insisting that you don't have request, it's only when it comes close to closing time. I completely understand that employees want to go home on time, but customer service still matters. A little courtesy goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses both the inconsistencies in their policies and the attitude of some staff members. Our family night didn't end as fun as we had hoped.

If someone isn't saying hello it's most likely because they are concentrating on their game. Wish I would have known how great this place is years ago I would have been a regular long before now. They even have leagues set up for just about every skill level. Very nice and accommodating people in charge of those. I can not recommend this place highly enough for those serious about bowling. I'm writing this review after bowling there for several months. I can 100% say it's a friendly place that you should definitely visit. Side note- I can't believe they do not at least have four or five stars. Most likely due to a few disgruntled people that stopped by one time and had a misunderstanding. Once the guy started making racist comments it was clear what the real issue was. When we brought the situation to the managers attention he defended the man and said there was nothing he could do. The people that were with the biker man were all making ignorant comments and started walking up to our friend trying to start something. We didn't finish our game and ended up leaving. All the black families in there ended up leaving also. WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!
