The van is spacious for the commute and he did not drive dangerously, obeyed all the traffic laws and such. I did not feel unsafe, in that sense. Upon arrival at the destination though- he did something strange again. He demanded that I pay the $110 before he helps me unload the luggage. I thought that it was pretty rude and bad customer service, to do so. I paid the amount (which is a hefty sum, compared to an Uber ride for the same distance), and he did unload my luggage (albeit a bit begrudgingly). I also thought it was weird that there was a blue and white fan towards his face, on the driver's side. I made sure to sit behind the passenger side, away from the fan. He mentioned that he is only one of the employees. The man I spoke to on the phone yesterday to book the ride was more polite.

When they didn't show after 30 minutes and she called him back to find out if they were coming, he yelled at her and then hung up on her. She called them back and begged them to please pick her up and the guy said he'd send someone. And didn't. So a kind person who worked at the nearby supermarket (Albertson's) ended up seeing her in tears with two kids waiting for a pickup and took them home. I have no kind works for these guys.

I think he must have a problem with people scheduling cab service and then not being there when his cab drivers show up because from the first time I talked to him (we talked about 4-5 times in all while I was trying to figure out where his cab guy was) he was rude and yelling at me and telling me that I better be there when they showed up.
