I got some new hearing aids yesterday from Midlands Hearing Associates. I am very happy with the thoroughness Dr Ken took in fitting me and painstakingly adjusting the programming to make them perfectly match my needs. read more

My husband received a hearing aid, they did not pre-certify with our insurance . I called BCBS and they offered to send Midland Hearing the necessary forms. I have called this office in Irmo 3 days straight to see if they responded to BCBS request and have been told someone will call me back. It's $4000.00 dollars people, you ought to call your customers back . Horrible customer service , no follow up . read more
