The host a Primo had to call him for us when we became panicked and he answered that call right away. Very stressful after a very nice dinner, which was ruined by this. Never responded to my calls, he did eventually pick us up at 11:15 and claimed he doesn't answer the phone while driving or take rides after 11 because he's made enough money by then. It's possible he came from his house, in which case he could have picked up my call. We told him we would need a ride later back to our hotel and he acknowledged that when dropping us off. He DOES NOT schedule pickups, fine, but answer the call until 11, it was a two minute ride back into Rockland. (not Camden as I said prior, but the rest of the facts stand.)

The operator pointed out sites along the way as well as slowing down when there was wildlife of interest. The crew even went around the boat mid-journey checking to make sure everyone was comfortable and doing okay. Purchasing tickets was easy. They left on time and arrived on time. She quickly took charge of our group and kept us on schedule, often improving our schedule, while making very solid recommendations on where to go (and not go). She's an excellent driver with a sweet ride (fancy Mercedes Sprinter) and an even sweeter personality. Her amazing sense of humor made our road trip so much more enjoyable, and I may have to go back to Maine soon because I miss Captain D already. There's no way you can find somebody more competent, reliable and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We used a bus and 2 14 passengers vans which were clean, safe, comfortable and very nice. They're a busy bunch, so communication was sometimes a little spotty when planning, but there wasn't any question about commitment. Darcy met up with us the day before to drive the routes and even ended up finding us time efficiency in our schedule. They're fairly priced (although transportation is not cheap!) and well worth it!

Well, upon meeting Michelle at the counter, found out our room was not only ready but Raheal had set us up with the best room in the hotel, corner room on top floor, with view of Main st and ocean. Great, everything is perfect except, I messed up something that was needed at check in and I live 2 hours away! Totally my fault but was heartbroken with wife in car! Michelle went above and beyond and fixed the problem and the weekend was saved! Cannot thank her enough! We got checked in and she continued to answer my questions on places to go and give us all the local info! Went up to room and view was incredible, note to self, next time take pictures! Room was stacked with everything we needed! Stay was great and having always staying in Camden when we visit this area, I would definitely recommend looking at Rockland for a fraction of the price and definitely stay here! The breakfast in the morning was very sufficient and the local coffee that was served was amazing! Ended up buying a couple pounds to bring home! Stay here and you can't go wrong and if Michelle checks you in, ask for any suggestions and you will be steered in the right direction! We are all ready planning our next trip back! Trip

The room had a fridge, a microwave and a keurig. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink. I loved that they had an extra small mirror that could be moved to a sitting area to do your makeup. The toiletries were nice. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap. Breakfast was included in the price. It was a good breakfast. They even had vegetarian sausage. They had scrambled eggs, egg omelet. You could also get your eggs hard boiled. The parking was free and there was plenty of it.
