How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

I first called to ask for a quote for a specific repair job for a specific car. They would not provide a quote over the phone as a couple of other shops did. They insisted I bring the car in for diagnosis, so at the appointed time I showed up with the car. After three hours of waiting, they provided a quote for the service I asked for that was ~50% higher than the next closest quote. They also did a 'courtesy inspection' which I did not ask for. This inspection resulted in 7 additional recommended items totaling about $1,800. Things like this fluid change, that cleaning, etc. The car has 300k miles on it, and the majority of these items have never been done. The experience reminds me of the slick marketing we get at the dealership repair shops, and is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by choosing a 'family-owned' shop. The actual work product may in fact be excellent; I don't know. But it is probably over priced.

He must be doing a good job. His lift is outside of his shop, so rain can sometimes affect the timing of certain repairs. Rocky did a thorough inspection and put thr car up on the lift. Their mechanics put $1100 into the car (spark plugs, ignition coil, etc.) but unfortunately, didn't bother to check another totally possible reason for the car running rough, a number one cylinder that radiator fluid was leaking into) They gave the car back to her, said it was repaired. She immediately noticed the problem was not repaired. When she contacted Triangle and asked them if they had test drove it before giving it back to her they said yes. Why didn't they see the gorilla in the room? (bad #1 cylinder) Did they really test drive it? I paid to have the car towed to a mechanic in titusville that I Implicityly trust to do thorough work. The problem they found: radiator fluid in #1 cylinder due to either bad head gasket or cracked cylinder. Fixing that problem would not have been worth it, given the age and mileage on the car. Certainly not worth putting $1100. into the car for ignition coil and plugs when the #1 cylinder is fouled. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a garage. Someone wasn't paying attention, and it cost us. All they had to do was be a little more thorough and then we could have had a conversation about what to do with the car, before spending $1100 + $179 towing, and another $400 for further diagnostics on a second opinion.
