They charged me for a horrible job. They did an oil change. I drove off from Midas to get to my house. Once I got home. My brand new car with 15,000 my dashboard said my engine oil is low. So I checked several times even after an hour to see the oil dipstick. My car had no oil!! Terribly disappointed and frustrated. I check under my car there was oil leaking underneath my car. I called and told them about the situation. They didn't believed me said they had to talk to a manager first thing in the morning the next day. Mind that. Front service person i clearly told him my car had a turbo because he asked! I checked the paper it said 0W-20 when my car specifically needs 5W-30 since I have a turbo!!!! Really terrible job. I would give it a 0 out of 5.

BEWARE - We took our second car that is rarely driven in for two new front tires. I drove away and noticed it was incredibly dirty on the inside, then i noticed a bag of smoking tobacco next to me, then i noticed the mileage was higher, and finally upon reaching home a mile away saw the front bumper had been smashed in. The store isn't taking responsibility and has refused to share the owners contact information or take responsibility. He claimed it must have been a homeless person. We called national midas, filed a police report etc. Take your car here if you want a headache and some lying to your face.

Tire showing where is was repaired. Not by Midas as they refused to fix it. They wanted to sell me a new set of tires.

So she was referred here and they tried to sell her something that was covered under the jeep warranty, tires that she didn't need. And brakes that she also didn't need. She ended up getting a 2nd opinion and they confirmed that her tires and brakes were fine and they confirmed that Jeep will cover that suspension issue. D & R also kept the $107 to try to rob her of things she didn't need. Now she's going to another place that is 20-25 minutes away that were honest to her. This places gives the auto industry a bad name. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Crooks

This is my first time ever feeling the need to give a business a review. I took my car in to get…read morethe power steering lines replaced. I picked up my car right before closing. The next morning I noticed a bracket sticking out the top of my hood. To my surprise it was a bracket that holds down the power steering lines. After realizing they forgot to reinstall it, I took a closer look around where the work was performed. The front right wheel well/bumper was missing a clip and flapping in the wind. There is also a splash bracket missing. All these items are parts that had to be removed in order to put the new power steering lines in. I fixed the rest of the issues myself. When I called to ask the manager if they had the missing bracket his response was "we have master mechanics here and any bracket that we take off we put back on." Well attached are the photos... I sent an email as well to see if they had the missing bracket but no response. My power steering does work fine, but everything else being wrong/missing doesn't give me peace of mind. Based on other reviews this family business, with a good reputation, was sold and a lot of the good mechanics left. I wish I had read that before taking my car there. Edited based on owners response below: You can see the two circled bolts where the missing bracket was. About 1 inch above where the bracket was is the power steering lines that were replaced. By saying "You emailed pictures of the bracket and it is not in the area we worked on" is clearly not true. It 100% needs to be removed to access the lines. It just goes to show this place will not take any blame for anything and is dishonest. I never received a call/email back after I emailed the photos. Take my car back to get looked at? No thank you. I fixed all the incorrect work myself. It's not even about the missing bracket, I already replaced it. The company's response and how they handled this situation goes to show how they are unapologetic and constantly deny something possibly could have gone missing.

I had a big trip coming up that weekend and needed to know if the car was safe to drive - ultimately, with Chris' guidance i decided it was probably best not to drive any long distances. The wait time to get it fixed was about 2 weeks. The control arm and some plastic pins in the rear of the car needed to be replaced. All in it was about $800 with a rotation which is on the lower side of the national average for the Mazda. Great service and cool garage. I imagine they'll be around for a long time.

They maintain my car, have installed tires, replaced an awful manifold, and provide incredible value. This independent garage, earned my trust the very first day. I hesitate to review it, because they're already busy. They're always my first call. You will not find better or more talented people. They know their stuff. That's something you can trust. On top of all of it, some repairs have seemed simply underpriced. I ordered a hitch from an online retailer and they spent about an hour or more trying to make it fit, but the manufacturer did not align the holes correctly. They wouldn't let me pay. So, I bought them some pizzas.. that's the type of people they are. BTW, the manufacturer sent another hitch and it installed perfectly.
