This Vape shop in Horn Lake, MS is a very nice business. The employees are all awesome and very friendly there. This was my go to Vape shop with plenty of brands and assorted juice flavors. I could just walk five houses down and around the corner for whatever I needed and if they were out they would order it for you. Well since Mississippi banned the sell of Vapes and certain brands of flavors including parts and coils I have know where else to go since I have no running vehicle now. Mississippi sucks and will probably put some of these businesses out of business for good. Why did the MS government pass this dumbass law to hurt these legit businesses instead of worrying about other companies that create pollution in our state than pick on the Businesses that a large population of adults Vape instead of smoking harmful and cancer causing cigarettes. I only wish zero stars was an option. I have been purchasing from this store for a while now. Spent $70 on a Novo 2 and juice on February 22. March 13 the vape will no longer charge. I take it by the store, the employee tries and sees that it will not charge. She calls manager on the phone then comes back and tells me "I'm sorry but without the original box we cant help you". OK... I go home and find the box and call back within a half hour. "I'm sorry our policy is 14 days so there is nothing we can do to help you". That is NOT what you told me when I left there. Bad business practice, a total rip off, they do not stand behind the products they talk you in to. I will not darken the doors there again, and I will make very sure I tell anyone I can. No wonder small business is being put out by big box and online retailers. Even walmart and amazon stand behind the crap they sell.. Great Shop! First visit and found by accident while running errands. Will be returning. Very helpful staff, lots of info on liquids and locating a new flavor under your preferred profile was seamless. Have visited several shops between here and the west coast but have never felt prompted to review on Yelp - this one is worth the time and deserves the rating.
