I canceled my membership (there was no apology or even an attempt to deny my reason for dropping them), and I have sought out more trustworthy local, family-owned HVAC and plumbing services (with much better ratings on yelp & reddit). I have the exact same problem I had before they arrived and I am out $267. I called the company last week and let them know that I would like a refund and I did not want their technicians back here. I said a manager could come, but for some odd reason, I have not heard back from the toilet manager as I am now referring to him. Prior to this, I had one of a ceiling fan, a sink faucet in the kitchen, and a quick and easy arm in my shower. That was $544. He very dry and doesn't talk much which is fine but when he couldn't access the pipe he used curse words to describe his frustration. I'm frustrated too because I don't have any money and was scraping to come up with $300. He tells me I need $700 just to see what's going on. He was very rude. On the bright side I wasn't charged. I'll look for another plumbing service going forward. I hate that because the ladies in their office are super nice!

I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.
