A friend and I went riding in my 4WD and at the time it had street tires on it. I made loops in an…read moreunplanted field. It wasn't muddy but in the dark I didn't see a mud hole and slipped off into it. Without mud tires I couldn't do much to get out of it. I made a call to Hammond Wrecker to see if they could pull me out. They assured me they could and then quoted me a price. We agreed to the deal over the phone and they would be out within 20 minutes. Well, the mud hole was a little bigger than I realized, as the wrecker became stuck. We took turn about pulling each other out a little bit at a time. The driver gave up and called another wrecker to come get us both. The next wrecker came in and began working on the other truck and after about 20 minutes of struggling the second wrecker blew his engine. Of course they have to call a third wrecker to the scene. This third one was a diesel burning monster. It took very little effort on its part to snatch all of us out of the predicament. When it came time to settle the bill, the owner just shook his head and said, "I told you over the phone it would be $25.00 and I'm going to stand by that". They may have changed the policy after that encounter. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if I need help.

I called Corinth RV's parts department and over the phone told her what I was needing and was looking for, gave her the manufacturer part number and in a couple minutes search Janet told me she could get it overnight and I could pick it up on my way through town the next day. No deposit asked or to pay for it all upfront. Not only did Corinth RV get the part for me the day as I was passing through, they also had the best price on the part by far. They were at least 20% under all the competition. She even gave me a veterans discount on top of their low price. When I arrived she apologized that the board had not arrived yet (third party delivery is totally beyond her control), and that it was out for delivery and should be there within the hour. She also called to make sure while I waited. I went to grab some lunch and while we were gone she called that it had arrived and was ready whenever I got back. Great customer service. When no one else could get the board, they did. Kind, friendly, helpful service and an exceptional parts manager. 4.5 Stars rounded up for the exceptional customer service 01291

We then needed to discuss our options and do some research. A few days later we came back, narrowed our choice down to two vehicles and took longer test drives in both vehicles. We decided to purchase one and the process was one of the fastest vehicle purchases we have had over the yrs. We briefly worked with Chandler and Casey, both very helpful. Then, with Charlie in finance. Again, very quick and uneventful in the finance office that made it a breeze. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. We were introduced to the service department manager, as well. Brooklyn then walked us through the features on our car, to be familiar with it all before we drove away. This entire Dealership group ( Nissan, Jeep, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge Ram) works hard to help you get what you want in a vehicle at a great price. We were very please with the whole process. We Highly recommend this dealership.
