Mid-South Excavation is a very professional company that's owned by a guy that knows his business. The owner came out and really listened to what I wanted on some land that I bought with plans to build and over a period of about a week or so changed it from a bumpy, stump filled mess to a really nicely laid out plot to build upon. They formed two pads to build a workshop and house as well as cutting a a trail down to an area where I wanted a shooting range and laid out a small pad there as well. In the process they made use of dirt and material on the property where they laid out the pads and dug a pond that will hold water so now I'll have a place to fish. Owen, the owner, put up with me as a first time builder and kept me informed every step of the way. I'm a paraplegic and he even thought ahead about the slope of the land between the house and the shop so that I could easily push my wheelchair between the two, something that I hadn't even thought about.
